The crusades and other so called righteous killings in Jesus’ name are not consistent with the teachings of Jesus Christ. You can label a bottle of cyanide with the term "grape juice." That does not make it grape juice. Additionally, You can not judge a worldview by the abuse of it. Homosexual advocates use this reasoning when they say wouldn’t it be better for a child to be in a happy homosexual family than an unhappy heterosexual family. Because some heterosexual couples are unhappy that does not mean we should throw the baby out with the bathwater and abandon heterosexual marriage. You are comparing the best of one system with the worst of another system.
